Managed by Inframerica, the Brasília airport is at the forefront of digital transformation, innovating in its telephone system, with 1oo% cloud PABX, OpenTouch Enterprise Cloud model from Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise with local survival, being the first Brazilian airport with this technology.
To also support the communication of remote employees, the Alcatel Rainbow Solution was implemented, a unified collaboration tool (UCaas – Communication as a Service) that allows answering via cell phone, landline and softphone, from anywhere, in addition to allowing conferences, integrating with cloud telephony, send voice, data and video files to unify communication, improve employee experience and operational and passenger service efficiency, with high-level security in accordance with the ISO 2700 standard.
According to Diego Teixeira, People, Management and Technology Manager at INFRAMERICA, communication is a determining factor at an airport. “Having an operation in the “cloud” allows us agility, provides better service, security and mobility”, he comments.
