Your day to day life as an Account Executive (Transport)
· Prospect and identify new leads in the transport industry (ports, airports and highways);
· Present and demonstrate our solutions to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages;
· Manage the sales cycle, from the first contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages;
· Participate in industry fairs, events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network of contacts;
· Manage and regularly update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track leads, opportunities and sales activities;
· Achieve sales and revenue targets established by the company.

· Experience in sales in the information technology area;
· Knowledge of the transport market and sector trends;
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills: explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable way;
· Ability to identify and understand customer needs, adapting IT solutions according to these needs;
· Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty;
· Experience in dealing with negotiations and closing contracts;
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactivity and initiative;
· Strong orientation towards goals and results, with the ability to work in a competitive environment;
· Availability to travel when necessary.
