Your day to day life as an Omnichannel Manager
You will be responsible for managing the area of implementation, development and integration of Omnichannel platforms, carrying out technical work in the implementation of projects.
Responsibilities and duties
Your challenges
Team management;
Omnichannel implementation;
Chatbot integrations, URAs, CRM, WFM, WhatsApp (InfoBip and Takeblip), among others;
Report customization;
Coordination of back-end and front-end developers of Omnichannel applications;
Training for customers;
Support the pre-sales area.
Requirements and qualifications
What are we looking for?
Complete higher education in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development or related areas;
Fluent English (conversation);
Have worked as an Omnichannel Manager;
Knowledge of Omnichannel platforms: installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting;
Knowledge of programming languages to lead a platform implementation, development and integration team;
Experience on one of the platforms is required (Five9, Nice, Genesys, Avaya, Altitude or Aspect).
