Your day to day life as a Full Network Analyst
· Implementation of new clients;
· Will work on resolving problems related to the Service Desk infrastructure;
· Management and resolution of server problems;
· Management and performance in incident management respecting the SLA;
· Service and feedback to users;
· Meet the demands of customers in SP, with travel availability to other states;
· Diagnose and solve network connectivity problems (voice and data);
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems.
What are we looking for?
· Knowledge of configuration and installation of IP Telephony, Asterisk, FreePBX, Alcatel OXE and OXO Centrals;
· Experience using systems: TeamViewer, Anydesk, Ammy, DameWare for remote services;
· Category B driving license;
· Be available to travel.
